Have had nothing but wonderful experience with Autobrush! Originally purchased for my kids to help them brush better and have better habits - then bought the brush for myself and husband. Our subscriptions are on alternating months, but it works out well - sometimes we need to pause them, but its never been an issue with skipping or turning back on. And their customer service when we've been missing items, or needed to exchanged for a larger brush size (growing kids, right??) has been spectacular. Most recently needed to handle a warranty issue as the base of one of our brushes stopped turning on - handled in a matter of hours. simply amazing.

Great customer service. Someone stole my package and they replaced it immediately. The response time was very quick as well.

Recently, an issue occurred with my son's brush, and I was so impressed by their quick response to my emails. The process to file for a replacement was incredibly easy and completely hassle-free. Very good service reasonable ticket

I have a toddler and it was always a struggle when it came to brushing his teeth. We got an auto brush and now he LOVES to brush his teeth. When we first got it, the brush head was too big for his mouth so they sent us a smaller replacement and it’s perfect! Their customer service is super responsive and everything shipped quickly!! If I didn’t just get a new electric toothbrush for myself I would definitely get myself one of these.

During the order process, I had mistakenly selected an adult Auto-Brush for my daughter below 10 I have some medical issues, and struggle to be timely, I believe they went out-side their window to accommodate an issue outside their window of responsibility. From the moment I made the request, the follow-up in record time, to making the very last day of the extending allotted period I was treated with dignity, kindness compassion and empathy. They tailored the exact return, and replacement. They were patient and took overwhelming care to see my daughter get the exact one I thought best. They were specific to the replacement toothpaste.
