Great customer service team member
Honestly, the product didn't work for my son. But the 4 star rating is for the customer service of the autobrush team. Worked with Tim and he was able to help me resolve my issues quickly.

Good, but my son doesn't like it. He would rather his old one. Sucks because I spent $100+ on a toothbrush that isn't even being used.

My little ones hated to brush now they bug me to brush! Fast shipping very happy with product. The only reason for the four star and not five is one tooth brush is very loud. ( monkey) the other is not. (Zebra) but still works

While I do enjoy this product for a gentle clean, the bristles don't reach the top of my teeth to clean along the gum line. I still have to get out my regular toothbrush to get those parts, so not a whole lot of time saved. My favourite part is the light therapy for gum soothing and for whitening.

My autistic child has always hated brushing but the Autobrush definitely is a marked improvement to daily brushing with a standard toothbrush. Great for sensory issues! Customer service is great. Quick and helpful replies.

I bought this for my almost 4year old and myself. He’s never liked to brush his teeth or have me brush them it’s always a fight; so I bought it mostly to make brushing fun for him, it does help! As far as cleaning they do fine, we haven’t been to the dentist since we got them but in my opinion it does way better than a regular toothbrush. As far as cost it was a little higher initially but worth it in the end because there’s less struggle!

I purchased the AutoBrush at first for my 6-year old with the BOGO promotion, after his promises that he would use it better than a toothbrush. He LOVES it and loves the sticker system. We are halfway through week three and he's only missed brushing twice on a twice daily schedule. We had such luck with him that I purchased additional brush heads for my 15-year old and myself to use on the kid AutoBrush. My 15-year old doesn't complain about the kid design - just turns it to no music and brushes for 1-2 minutes. We love the toothpaste as well and are considering the whitening pens for the teen and me. The only downfall I've found - the charge takes 3-4 hours, which is fine on a weekend or when you are constantly home. If it's left on the charger for longer (or overnight), the AutoBrush is hot after disconnecting the charge. I worry that overcharging will run out the battery quicker than normal. Otherwise - two kids who hate to brush their teeth are doing much better now!!

I love that this gives me a quick option to brush my teeth. However, I do feel like it leaves plaque along the gum-line of my teeth, which is annoying. Especially because I’ve been using the product as it tells you to (using back and forth motions) and as shown in the videos that AutoBrush has online. Additionally, I’ve had issues with brush heads breaking (2 in a two week time span), which customer service promptly fixed and sent out a replacement. I ended up having to adapt the way that I take the brush head off of the base. Overall, I love this for an every day quick clean, but if I forget to brush at night I definitely go back to my electric toothbrush to make sure I get all the plaque off, and then go back to my AutoBrush at night.
