I really enjoy these gummies. I used to have trouble staying regular and had to take herbal supplements to help. Ever since I started taking these I've been regular everyday. Their customer service is amazing as well and they handle issues promptly. I've only ever had one issue and that was due to shipping. Yes, they're a bit expensive but that's true for everything nowadays. Would recommend at least giving them a try.
