Excellent products they do what they say they’re supposed to do

The company shipped quickly but that’s the end of my positive experience. They say they have a 60 day guarantee where they will refund your first order. I contacted them after using the gummies for several days as I noticed ZERO effect from either their Chill or Focus. I got an email back telling me it could take 8 - 12 weeks to notice anything. Their advertising sure doesn’t say that and you may notice that over 8 weeks would also be longer than their 60 day guarantee. I tried using their return and refund portal which couldn’t find my order no matter how I entered my info. I’m super disappointed with my experience with this company.

They taste good. I don't notice any difference at all so I am not sure to continue or not.

5 star product 1 star company experience = 3 stars. Auri Subscription Cancellation — Very Disappointing I like Auri’s product and have recommended it to friends. I simply wanted to stop the automatic subscription and continue purchasing the product when I wanted it. I contacted Auri more than once and was told they could not cancel it for me and that I had to cancel through their online portal. I followed their instructions, but the portal sends me through page after page of sales offers and ultimately back to a page asking for my email address again. It is a vicious circle that does not make cancellations easy. My account shows another $79.98 order scheduled for September 6, 2026. I should not have to fight through a sales funnel to cancel an automatic subscription. If you make it easy to subscribe, you should make it just as easy to cancel. I still want the product. I just don’t want the subscription.

These healthy gummy's are delicious and make me feel guilty although I only stick to two. Sometimes I combine aura with chewable. Vitamin C for fun but I most appreciate the seemingly better focus without the need for caffeine stomach upset and afternoon crashes. When I first came across their website, I was skeptical about the product, but I thought I'd give it a chance. After I got the product, I contacted them. I spoke to an individual. I do not know if it was AI or a person. I was worried about. The multiple medications I take. I take 2 psycheds, and I was worried that they would interfere. Well, they did a little bit. But eventually, the product did take effect. My partner was wondering what I was taking wondering what was going on with me.
