Honestly, I have a huge dissatisfaction from this site. They didn't refund my cancelled subscription amount of USD 38. I am unhappy about there service. Don't reply through emails regularly. So dissapointed.

This was a great customer service experience. My questions were answered in a timely fashion & I'm very pleased how well we're taken care of. Really great customer service in today's world.

I was incorrectly charged and I requested refund and the support team lied to me about getting my refund. They pretended to be in contact with me for the first 3 days saying my refund will take 5 to 6 business days. After which they went mute, no response no nothing. Do not take any of their packages, you will sign up for one package and they will charge you for a far bigger package and take all your money

100% scam. I never got the drawing I paid for. Their email support also stopped responding when I raised the issue. Then a week later they tried to charge my card $59 without me ever signing up for any of their subscriptions. It’s good that I blocked them right after they ghosted me. Stay safe. Also, take note of that their 5 star even their 4 star reviews here, they are total nonsense.

I did cancel my subscription the same moment I had signed in, however they’ve tried to charge me twice €49.99 for a subscription I have cancelled straight away. It seems like they will stop it now, but hopefully I won’t get a third try. Not sure I am happy with the soul mate service, very generic. Thank you.

I like that they were very quick to reply to me when asking for a refund and to cancel my subscription cause of financial reasons

It was scam, they charged me twice after i cancelled my subscription and they say that will return my money in 7 business days but after a month I didn't get it. They stop returning my emails. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!

I like the platform there much info you can learn about yourself and soulmate. I just didn't like that I was charge lot more than trial amount. Over it is nice Platform with live chat feature.
