They were able to accept the process of making right the unauthorized charges in my account. This shows their trustworthiness. I will try it sometime later.

Honestly the questions are okay, and Incase you knew nothing about what to do or think you reflect.

While on Instagram, I agreed to a single $1.00 charge for a drawing of my “soul mate”. I agreed to this charge. Immediately after, while trying to view the promised purchase, I clicked on a button that did not clearly indicated that I was going to be charged an additional $42.00 dollars. This appeared separately from the initial $1.00 charge that I had agreed upon. The $42.00 dollar charge was never agreed to by me. I requested their customer service that this second $42.00 charge be refunded to me. “Alyssa” replied and assured me they would refund me in totality and it would take 4-9 business days. After day 11 I contacted this customer service email and have gotten no further response or refund. This is a SCAM. My bank account did not wanted to refund my funds either.

They were on point with their questions and I liked that plus they didn't take long with too many of them.
