Seems like a mix up, so many people it's understandable to happen once in a while

Good reading but I could not access my reading, maybe I was doing something wrong, but even after the 48 timer ran up, my reading was still not ready.

Although the website gave me a lot of trouble, I was able to see the sketch because of a fabulous employee, Alyssa. So the customer service is really good and they reply really fast.

This is a big scam. I cancelled my subscription a previous month. The month afterwards it still deducted money from my account. You have got back to me about a refund through the emails but you still haven't got back to me after a MONTH! took my money and no refund, no follow up and no answers after you sent those emails about taking "4 to 9" Business days.

I signed on for the sketch, paid, never received the sketch. Cancelled subscription, was billed, asked for a refund. Now we are two weeks and several AI generated emails later, still no refund. Absolute scam, stay far away from this.

The team were quick to respond with a positive outcome so im very relieved 😌

Great experience with the site and nice questions made me discover new things through my self discovery journey

Actually I got insights about the planetary motions according to my birth chart. This provided certainty to me and yeah the overall services were nice.
