I sent an email to the support team and they responded within a few hours. I have mistakenly taken a subscription for the Athena Hair products. JeAnne and Joan were fabulous they gave me options and cancelled my subscription upon my request with no drama. I thought I would have problems but they were both so helpful and everything was sorted out. Thankyou

I must say I was a little worried about ordering any kind of product from Facebook. I found the promotion videos very long and when it came time to choose a product, I clicked on something that I actually didn’t need. With the exchange from American dollars to Canadian, it became quite costly. So then when I did not receive one of the items that I did want, I was quite concerned. I have been very impressed with the service that I have received from Julia. She responded immediately to my email and has been in touch with me to let me know what the company would do for me which has really impressed me and given me a lot of confidence in the products that I have paid for thank you Julia for putting my mind at ease.
