I thought I had a good place lined up to park. Set up my reservation all good right? WRONG! Once I arrived the app did not show me a open gate button. I was told by Walter "not a person at all", that when I got there make sure my app was open and blue tooth was on. Sounded like the gate would just open. Well I'm outside, can't get in so I call their number and get Walter. After all the BS I'm told that since this is NOT A EMERGENCY he can't open the gate or give me a code. Really? You not providing me with the service I paid for and that not a problem that should be fixed? I out of driving time can't go anywhere but he wanted to make sure I didn't block their dang gate. I had to purchase another appointment with the qr code and then I finally get in. Your AI isn't very intelligent. This could have been a simple fix but it was turned into me having to spend more money! If I don't get my refund I will never stay with them again. I will give the a second chance if my money is returned but they should really get their response to problems fixed. A truck driver can't just go somewhere else. And they should realize that. KNOW YOU CUSTOMER PEOPLE!!!

I've worked with a few booking platforms over the years and most of them either charged a fortune for software or didn't send much business our way. Truxspot is the first one that actually does both things right. I can’t really write a review for TruxSpot because I’ve never been to one.. I did try to use my debit/CashApp card on a singles app and it wouldn’t work though TrustPilot on .

Tried this out for a trip through Ohio. the spot was exactly as described but keep in mind they dont refund the processing fee if you cancel... Other than that it works fine. Good to have as a backup plan when truck stops are full

Ive been using truxspot for my monthly parking in Texas. it takes a lot of stress off my shoulders knowing my spot is always there.. when i get back from a run. The customer service helped me out once when the gate code changed, overall a solid platform
