Could do a better job of following up to make sure I am comfortable and know what I am doing...right now I am still fuzzy on things like how to pay back into the HELOC ...and when....and how and when and how much to pay back into credit card account...and how to have someone make sure I have everything set up right.

My Experience With Truth In Equity I must say I was skeptical when I first looked into Truth In Equity (TIE). After stumbling across some other companies ad on Google, while searching for something not related to finance, I decided to look further into the possibility of "Pay Your House Off In 5 to 7 Years". I've seen these ad's before but never paid attention to them. They're usually the same old ad, and in my mind, just another bank looking to take more of our hard earned money. After checking out one of the ad's and reading their material, I decided to do some research on the subject. After about a couple weeks of doing my "due diligence" by talking to many companies and doing a lot of comparison, we decided to take the plunge with TIE after talking to Diana and the fact that TIE has a very professional website helped matters. Diana is one of Truth In Equity's finest and has been very helpful as my wife & I went through the HELOC process. She has been in constant contact with us through email and by phone which was very comforting. At first, my wife was very reluctant about the whole thing but finally agreed after understanding the concept and realizing this company is well established. Now that our HELOC account is open and funds deposited, we've started the process of paying down the balance (with Diana's guidance) and it's EXCITING knowing the banks won't be getting all that extra money that we could have used all these years to pay this house off years ago instead of refinancing all the time. It's a crying shame we've been paying on this house since 1990 and, until now, thought we'll never have it paid off in this lifetime. Initial experience is positive

Imagine paying off the balance on your house in only 3 years. I did just that using equity optimization. I had taken out a conventional 30-year mortgage and paid it for a year, barely making a dent in the principal. However, after converting the balance to a HELOC and following the methods of Truth in Equity, I made rapid progress toward payoff. It was a great day when I checked my account and amount owed was zero. Bill Westrom did a fantastic job and he earned my grateful thanks. I highly recommend Truth in Equity to anyone who wants to live mortgage free.
