Could do a better job of following up to make sure I am comfortable and know what I am doing...right now I am still fuzzy on things like how to pay back into the HELOC ...and when....and how and when and how much to pay back into credit card account...and how to have someone make sure I have everything set up right.

John, I've read through Lauries Notes on your account and see that she was very diligent in following up with you. I am not sure why if you didn't feel Laurie was not sufficient in her attention to you, why you wouldn't go to our truthinequity.com/contact-us page and reach out to any one of us. I also see the time line on when you closed and the time Laurie scheduled to speak with you was only a few days. The time of closing to funding is a 3 day period and she was in contact with you soon after. I dont usually point out the facts as they appear in favor of our attention to detail and where a client feels we didn't provide stellar and ample service but I feel it necessary to be fair and impartial and hope that you are too. Ive been following Laurie in her diligence with your file and I can't see where she wasn't expedient, clear, diligent and responsive. If I am wrong please contact me directly or leave follow up commentary. I would be more than happy to resolve any of our shortcomings immediately and equitably given the chance to do so.
