Trusted CasketsReviews of trustedcaskets.com

The service was fine. Happy with the ability for getting the casket ordered and shipped quickly and the price was very reasonable and so was the shipping cost. The only issue was with the shipping company's tracking system. I looked this morning to see where the casket was since it needed to be in Spokane this afternoon. According to their tracking system it was out for delivery in Portland, 400 miles away. I contacted Trusted and they contacted the shipper. It was out for delivery in Spokane so all was OK. I appreciate Trusted checking quickly on this and making sure all was OK

I've never ordered anything online where so much information was provided about the shipping. I was notified of every step along the way, up to, and including deliver. This order went perfectly. Our family got a good, quality casket, delivered in a timely fashion, so that funeral arrangements for my mom could proceed without concern over the casket. We are grateful!

I was looking for a affordable casket and I was able to find one with Trusted Caskets and I also want to give a big thanks to the representative who took the time to work with me and the mortuary service on delivery arrangements it really was a big help so 5 stars is not enough I give the representative a 10 ..thanks Tim

I had a great experience during a difficult time.

Thank you for providing excellent service. Once I submitted my order online your customer service sent me the invoice, kept me updated everyday as to when to expect delivery. This morning the casket was delivered on time. Thank you.

Very easy and showed up on time. Hopefully we will not need them again soon but it’s nice to know they are there if something should happen.

During this time while the world is under a pandemic. They was still able to deliver the casket I needed in time.

The service received was excellent and the communication remained from the time the order was placed to delivering the casket to the funeral home.
