Far above expectations!
Trusted Caskets provided a quality casket in an amazing amount of time (24 hrs. from shipping) and at a great price. They also kept us informed each step of the process so we did not need to worry about when the casket would arrive at the mortuary. Our family was so grateful to have this important element of our father's funeral handled so well. Trusted Caskets performed far above expectations! We were truly pleased.

We were very pleased with the casket
We were very pleased with the casket, service, quick delivery, and saving over $2000 !!! The casket we chose was rose pink and lilac and much prettier in person than the online photo, to the point that one guest told me it was the most beautiful she had ever seen! Truth be told, it was very striking with our pink, white, and lavender flowers. I did call their 800 number before ordering and my questions were answered. I purchased it late Thursday evening and it was delivered the following Monday. (I also allowed a 3 day pre-funeral "cushion" just in case.) Here's a tip not anywhere on their website order form : Put the name of the deceased in the same box as the shipping address of the mortuary along with the name and phone number of your contact person there. Just type it all in, the box expands. There is no other space to put this important info. Also, make sure you don't ship it to your house!

Thank you for this beautiful review, it is always very pleasant to hear our customer's feedback! We are glad that you liked our product. Actually, we have a special place for the notes in the shopping cart. Sometimes people go to express checkout, and in this case, you can miss it. At the shopping cart, our system also asks to provide the name of the person for whom this delivery for, and the date of the service, so we can arrange the delivery on time. Thank you for your trust in us, and your order!
