Drew and his team were amazing. I called him on a Thursday afternoon and submitted application and docs required. By Friday afternoon we had pre-approval and within a week I had docs to sign from lender. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. Drew had every step mapped out for me ahead of time and what documents were going to get this approved ASAP. Will definitely be working with them again when we go for our second unit.
