I started in February to take some equity out of my home. As a self-employed insurance broker, I am able to write off expenses to lower my taxes but that is detrimental when applying for loans. However, Cesar was able to find a no-doc HELOC which gave me the amount I needed with no hassle. Excellent advice and service!!
