Excellent HELOC Experience With Reza Tak and His Team I recently completed a HELOC with Reza Tak and Truss Financial Group, and my experience was excellent from beginning to end. Reza brought a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience to the application process. He took the time to explain my options, answered my questions clearly, and helped me understand the loan structure so I could make an informed decision. I especially appreciated that I never felt pressured or rushed. I also want to recognize Delania Tak, who provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. She was responsive, patient, and consistently kept me informed as we moved through income verification, documentation, final approval, eNotary, and funding. There are a lot of moving parts involved in obtaining a HELOC, and having Reza and Delania available to answer questions made the process much easier. Most importantly, they followed through—the HELOC was successfully approved, closed, and funded. It’s refreshing to work with a lending team that combines experience with excellent customer service and communication. I highly recommend Reza Tak, Delania Tak, and Truss Financial Group. They earned my five-star rating, and I would gladly work with them again.

The biggest thing for me was the follow up, Jacob was on point in every aspect of loan application,very patient with me especially when was trying to find documents that they needed to approve the loan.
