Although there were a few minor hurdles along the way, the team worked through them and kept everything moving forward. In fact, the payoff check for this loan cleared before the payoff for our first loan! Having dealt with conventional bank financing in the past, I can truly appreciate how much faster and more efficient this experience has been.
