I've always struggled with menstrual cramps, but this lotion has truly helped. A simple application to my lower abdomen eases the pain and makes that time of the month much more bearable.

Migraines are something I deal with often, and this lotion has been a life-saver, a small amount massaged into my temples provides noticeable relief and helps ease the discomfort. I've never found anything more effective for migraines.
