I'm sorry that the RL440510 Battery Roller for Caterpillar you ordered took longer than you anticipated to arrive. Customer satisfaction and Transparency are vital to us. One of TruPar.com's most advanced features is the ability to show our customer's real-time product availability, and highly accurate estimated delivery dates before and after all orders are placed.
I've taken some time investigating this situation and see that the delivery dates estimated to you before placing your order on TruPar.com were 7, expected to arrive on Monday, October 24th. The remaining three were expected to arrive between November 10th and November 24th.
After tracking the three shipments associated with this order, I am showing that the final items were received and signed for by "KEHOE" on Wednesday, November 23. Is there any way the final delivery might have been misplaced or didn't get to you for some reason?
If not, and this review was not a mistake, would you mind explaining to me what we could do better for you to avoid running into another problem like this one in the future?
