Found parts that everyone else said is discontinued

The representative I dealt with was excellent! He was able to ship my replacement starter right away, but he also had to send through a warranty call tag for the malfunctioning starter. I have not seen or heard anything regarding the failed starter! I know it left his hands but who ever is supposed to handle it has not! Not a good business practice, I know as a warranty it may be rejected but how about a try??

What I liked I appreciated the timeliness of receiving my order. What I didn't like - The shipping fees are way too high!!!!!! - I returned the part I ordered because I fixed my problem without needing it. I do not appreciate the restocking fee. Really?
