It’s a long story but I will make it short . Trumedic neck massager was given to me as a good well but it stopped working after while . I emailed to the company and without any proof of sale or without any question or delay they sent me new machine. Which is even higher and newer model . Great company and great service. Buy without hesitation

I have purchased 4 TruMedic devices and been happy with all of them. I like them so much I have a massager for the office and at home. Unfortunately, one of the massagers had an issue. But I was very impressed with the customer support I received. They helped to trouble shoot and when the device was found to be defective they shipped out a replacement. The customer support and follow-up start to finish was very white glove. 100% would recommend to a friend and will buy from again.
