Product is good but takes way too long. The first time ordering I can understand why it takes a few weeks to receive the product. They had my imprint and I ordered a second piece. Still took over 3 weeks to receive it. Shouldn’t taste this long.

Was really excited about this. Now I feel like I Wasted 100$. Used all of my molds following their instructions. Messed one up and there isn’t enough puddy to re-do anything which was frustrating. So I ended up sending 3 good ones (so 3/4) & the shipping took ages to get back to them, then close to two weeks for them to say they weren’t good enough. Now they want 15$ more to repeat the process. Absolutely not. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This company has zero sense of urgency. They build in unnecessary extra lead time into every stage of their process, from delayed delivery of impression kits, weeks to scan impressions once they've arrived, and who knows how long it will take to actually print and ship the finished product. Their customer service takes days to respond as well. I haven't even received the finished product yet and I already regret the purchase. These are tell-tale signs of horrible supply chain and production management. I wouldn't be surprised if their out of business soon. If the ability to place re-orders using your initial scans is part of your decision, go another way. I doubt they'll be around long enough.

I had my order Jul 21 wich they charge me right away.. its september 15 and I still did not recive my order plus they're email comunication is so slow not really have with Company

Do not purchase. My night guard barely lasted 2 months before it started falling apart and cracking. Not safe when sleeping as it does not hold up to grinding and is thin and flimsy. I don't have high hopes for much customer service based on the other reviews. For the price it is not even close to worth it.

There was several issues with my order. From shipping to poor communication and not being able to deliver the mouthguard at all. After 4 separate attempts they were not able to get my impression correct. I have had custom mouthguards my entire since I did Karate and wore braces as a kid so I am familiar with the process. I sent in several different molds and they were not able to get a good impression. i was not satisfied with this product or service.

I saved probably about $150 on a night guard. The process was easy and pretty quick. I’d definitely give them my business again.

I have been dealing with their customer service for weeks. I did a mold and emailed it to them quickly. Waited several days for them to respond. When did respond they said the molds needed to be done again. I had already used all mold kits prior. They said they would mail me some more kits. Took a long time just to get the kit. Did the molds again and sent photos again. Took a week or more to get a response. Said they were okay to mail. Took another week or so to get retainer back. The retainer didn't even come close to fitting my teeth. I already have a retainer. I sent them pictures of my retainer and what they made. Asked them if seeing my retainer would help. Said if not I just wanted to get my money back. They said the mail the retainer back for them to review. I really don't expect to get a retainer that works. Probably will have to fight with them to get my money back.
