Received a gift card for Truewerk and ordered a shirt. They shipped it using a budget courier called UniUni, and the package has been trapped in a fake 'Out for Delivery' loop since September 4th. The tracking date just automatically advances every day it doesn't show up. If you charge premium prices for workwear, you need to use premium shipping carriers like UPS or FedEx. Unreliable logistics make this company impossible to trust for working professionals."

UPDATE: They don't have a phone number to call and I was on hold for over 15 minutes in the chat session with no one helping me. I finally emailed them and they did respond and removed my email addresses. I have repeatedly tried to unsubscribe from TRUEWERK’s marketing emails, but they continue to send them to me. Their website states that customers may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time, yet my unsubscribe requests have not been honored. Regardless of the quality of the products, a company should respect a customer’s request to stop receiving marketing emails. Having to repeatedly unsubscribe and still receive emails is frustrating and has negatively affected my opinion of the company. TRUEWERK needs to fix its unsubscribe process and respect customers who ask to be removed from its mailing list.

So one month is defined as normal wear and tear.... enough said. No more.

Having never tried these pants on and wanting to I bought two pairs… and being used to Amazon having to wait 7 to 10 days for standard chipping seem like an eternity. When they finally arrived, they were the wrong size. So I had to order two more pair to try and see if I can find a pair that fit so now I’m $600 in the hole and haven’t been able to wear pants yet if it takes 10 days to get 10 days to send back 5 to 10 days to get a refund I’ve spent over a month trying to get pants and have nothing to show for it . Absolutely impossible to contact them. The phone message says to go talk with a live agent. There is no live agent. Every time you go to chat, it says back online in two hours 6 AM back online at eight 8 AM back online at 10:10 AM back online at 12 noon back online at three. Is this place still in business? Nobody knows you can’t get a hold of anyone. Customer service is existent and I feel that should be the most important part of this company

DONT ORDER from there. I ordered and literally emailed immediately after to cancel. NO ONE got back to me despite indicating they would in a few minutes. I emailed. I called. Then I got an email response saying the order can’t be cancel and they had no way of cancelling it. Horrible customer service and systems. DONT ever buy

Nothing other than overpriced and I would rather not subsidize social parasites and murderers any more than I already have to so I don't do business with military/leo discount rewarding companies. I also don't want to be a billboard for your company. Make sure the terrible logo are ALL in the photos.

I ordered a long sleeve rashguard/sun shirt from a Facebook ad from Truewerk. Decided to give it a shot and support a small business instead of buying from Amazon. I was a first time customer and an 18% coupon was presented as I was checking out so I used it. I also paid $9.84 for shipping to me which is fine. It didn't fit me so I returned it and paid for shipping back to them at the cost of $9.50, which is also fine because that's their policy. When I was refunded, Truewerk charged me for the 18% discount they had given to me as a first time buyer. This is the breakdown. Original price: $44.00 18% discount coupon: $7.92 Shipping to me cost: $9.84 ________________________ Total to ship to me: $45.92 ________________________ Shipping back cost: $9.50 Expected total refund to me: $36.42 What they actually refunded: $26.56 They charged me $7.92 for the discount coupon they had offered me in the first place. When I inquired about the refund, this is what Jimmy from customer service responded with. I'm copying and pasting verbatim below. ---------- "Since you applied an 18% discount code on the original order, we took that into account when refunding you. We also have the customer pay for the shipping label that we provide when they select return for refund. This label is usually around $9.50. Let me know if you have any other questions. All the best, Jimmy" ----------- I've worked online full time for 21 years straight and a portion of that was in consumer e-Commerce. This is the first time I've come across this type of refund. It is a dishonest policy because throughout the process, I was never made aware that I was going to have to pay more than what was charged to my card and that I would be charged for the discount that was given. Buyer beware.
