I've ordered 3 t2 work pants and 2 t1 work shorts and the pants are comfortable with a decent amount of stretch. I work in a automotive plant and they are good for all day wear. The shorts could be longer but its not short to where I would return.

Received a gift card for Truewerk and ordered a shirt. They shipped it using a budget courier called UniUni, and the package has been trapped in a fake 'Out for Delivery' loop since September 4th. The tracking date just automatically advances every day it doesn't show up. If you charge premium prices for workwear, you need to use premium shipping carriers like UPS or FedEx. Unreliable logistics make this company impossible to trust for working professionals."

UPDATE: They don't have a phone number to call and I was on hold for over 15 minutes in the chat session with no one helping me. I finally emailed them and they did respond and removed my email addresses. I have repeatedly tried to unsubscribe from TRUEWERK’s marketing emails, but they continue to send them to me. Their website states that customers may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time, yet my unsubscribe requests have not been honored. Regardless of the quality of the products, a company should respect a customer’s request to stop receiving marketing emails. Having to repeatedly unsubscribe and still receive emails is frustrating and has negatively affected my opinion of the company. TRUEWERK needs to fix its unsubscribe process and respect customers who ask to be removed from its mailing list.

I’d give 4.5 stars, but it doesn’t appear to be an option. I was looking for functional, stylish, comfortable and durable cloths to work in the field and make it to a meeting in. Truewerk has been the best option I’ve tried to date. Yes, there are hang-ups/issues; can shipping be painful at times? Yeap. However, I’ve never experienced an issue with returns or having to pay to return (purchased through the Shop/Shopify platform). Every time I think I’ve ruined a pair of T1’s (shorts or pants) or Could AV shorts, I wash them and they bounce right back. I’ve never had a zipper issue. Maybe they moved to cheaper ones lately, idk (though my cloud shorts were just purchased this past calendar year). Love the sun hoodie too. My temperature runs hot so I needed clothing to keep me cooler. This works. However, being based in MI, the temps can swing. I tend to wear the T3 pants as a winter shell over T1’s…I can cruise at 75 mph on my motorcycle in 45 degree temps and it feels like 70. My main concern is sizing; seems like they run a bit big. Oh. I almost forgot that I religiously wear their underwear.

So one month is defined as normal wear and tear.... enough said. No more.

Having never tried these pants on and wanting to I bought two pairs… and being used to Amazon having to wait 7 to 10 days for standard chipping seem like an eternity. When they finally arrived, they were the wrong size. So I had to order two more pair to try and see if I can find a pair that fit so now I’m $600 in the hole and haven’t been able to wear pants yet if it takes 10 days to get 10 days to send back 5 to 10 days to get a refund I’ve spent over a month trying to get pants and have nothing to show for it . Absolutely impossible to contact them. The phone message says to go talk with a live agent. There is no live agent. Every time you go to chat, it says back online in two hours 6 AM back online at eight 8 AM back online at 10:10 AM back online at 12 noon back online at three. Is this place still in business? Nobody knows you can’t get a hold of anyone. Customer service is existent and I feel that should be the most important part of this company

I own over 10 pairs of pants 3 of my zippers have failed T1 and T2

The pants are comfortable, I have all all styles. The main issue is the zippers. They dont stay up. Ever. They are constantly coming down. How is this possible. Zippers have been around over 100years. We have the technology.
