Gabe, I reviewed your messages in our chat and every question you asked was answered promptly and our community was super helpful to you at all turns. I'm trying to understand why you would leave this review.
For example, I see where you posted that the you said the material was "great" but felt overwhelmed (totally normal for a beginner). Then I see where several members and mods immediately jumped in and worked to hold your hand through the process of getting started, where to go, and what to do to demystify things.
This all happened live and in real time.
If you don't mind, could you please contact us at [email protected] and let us know where we can improve. We really strive to create a community that is supportive, positive, and patient.

I paid a full year subscription
I paid a full year subscription, after taking an online master class I felt ready to try and trade their system. I have over 10 years experience trading different system and this service was appealing with the high risk/reward promised return. Here is what I learned. Dan one of the pro traders and the one on all marketing info trades very amaturish and not following rules in his own master class, emotional entries, ignores pre-defined stop losses. Simple example with MHK tanking just a few days ago, multiple entries and no stops, decides to swing this, then comes back he wil hold it for a month a longer, he is confident it will go back up. We are talking about Daytrading service here!!!! I understand that I have not seen the trading room for longer than 2 weeks but my experience is very negative -no good trades over this period. Ok now customer service, when I requested a refund, the rep was really rude to me, acting like know it all kind of person, suggesting that I papertrade first.... basically looking for any excuse not to refund the money. Statement were very offensive to me and I did mention that I will write a negative review, that did not stop this rep.
Nothing positive can be said about the people that work there. Trading room will only last about an hour per day and out of that hour we have had only 1 trade average per day??? They are promising more trades when the earning season begins, yet we had several earning yesterday and this morning, no one even looked at them in the trading room. I am shocked. A bunch of kids running the show. How did I get into this... The traiding concept is based on "catching a falling knife" ... which was not ever a part of youtube marketing that made me join. I regret about my decision.
In response to the follow up comment to this review, I paid for the entire year of membership and I was offered 50% refund after being a member for just 2 weeks. The only reason that I even stuck so long was Dan promising each day that it will get better. I am sorry but 80% win rate that is advertised has not been witnessed by me as I heard pro traders saying at least 1 loss per day and if there is an average of 1-2 trades per day for the time I have been a member, you don't have to be a mathematician to understand the win/loss ratio. The reviewer of this review appears ten times nicer than the customer service rep I had to deal with. The review is written so people can make their own decision. I think if I were making this choice I would stay away from this company. I did not try to offend anyone at truetrader just my honest opinion. Sorry.

I'm sorry to hear this was your experience Vitaly. I would say that two weeks is not nearly long enough to gauge the service but we respect your perspective given your small slice of time so far.
We're reviewing your experience with customer service and will address your interaction there. Also it appears you were offered a downgrade but you've elected to maintain the yearly service instead. We hope your perspective will change over time as we are absolutely pouring as much energy and care into all members aspiring to master this strategy.
We are maintaining a win rate over 80%. That does mean some trades go against us but as far as a strategy goes, we're very confident and excited to share it with everyone.

Didn't work for me....
I believe the system works for people with an account of $25K or more. In my case, I had a small account, and basically I didn't get any help at all. I was new to trading and the course they have is terrible. It doesn't really teach you anything at all. After going through the course in the first day, I knew this wasn't for me and asked to cancel it but I was charged $395 just to cancel it. I also tried to trade myself without any help by just reading the chat (totally my fault) and lost close to $2000. As I said, the program may be good for others but not for me. I don't think it is good for beginners either.

lost a fortune following these guys…
lost a fortune following these guys into insanely bad trades. they mostly invest in highly compromised stocks. save your money!

Hey Edward, what do you mean? We stay away from highly compromised stocks. Go look at our results page for a detailed record of each trade we start with. https://truetrader.net/results
We DO have a small-caps room where some members enjoy playing with riskier trades but even there we provide a wealth of information explaining the pitfalls behind small-cap stocks. We even provide tutorials on how to research them to figure out if the stock is a "turd" or not.
Our strategy works best with high-cap, highly liquid, and solid companies so I'm not sure where your comment is coming from.

After a solid month
After a solid month
After a solid month. True Trader isn't worth the money in my honest opinion.
1. First they bribed the community to provide positive testimonials for a return of 1 week of full day stock coverage, but after 2 days decided only 2hrs in the morning and then 2 hours at close. They didn't keep their word. After I called them on it in the chat room. Well they just banned me from the open chat room.
2. The opening bell is covered the first hour and hardly any a+ setups come. Maybe 1 positive trade per week by the moderator Dan.
3. People posting like crazy in the open chat about a certain stock also adds to the confusion. Most are just small caps or bio-stocks that are junk and delay the process in the morning.
4. The morning watch report is just a wishlist for 15mins of the opening bell and 99.9% of the time is just that... a Wish on a hope and a prayer that never comes.
5. The scanner they have... I tried hard the first 2 weeks of my review to watch it, but it is almost totally worthless and not anything your TOS scanner doesn't due already. It also is just another computer in the owners basement that hangs up all the time leaving stocks on the scanner that have no value. It's full of bugs and is no way an AI.
6. If you have a small account... DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. They don't trade small cap stocks. most stocks being monitored in the ZOOM morning meeting are 50 - 200 per share. I should mention there is a small cap chat room, but like the rest of the chat rooms they are full of people just posting random stocks.
7. The moderators of the Zoom meeting only give you A+ plays that only happen maybe once per week, but you can clearly hear their TOS buy and sell sounds in the background. They are trading stocks that do not follow the TrueTrader formula because they would hardly never make any money if they did. This is why they don't show the current positions they are in while trading live. They attempted it for a week, but the Moderator Dan grew frustrated that he was being to cautious in his trading and not filling his positions.
In closing of my Review. True Trader is a developing business with growing pains that need to be worked out. The Scanner (AI) is 95% worthless and needs a lot of work. The chat rooms.. well don't voice anything negative, but it's really not worth being in anyways unless you like to post random stocks and positions your buying, then have everyone in the room say Great job if you made money or what where you thinking if you lost money. The morning report that they send you comes 15mins before the open via email and doesn't even begin to allow you to study it and put in the alerts in time.
All in all True Trader is F+ with the only positive being the subscription process is simple, the website works and I never experienced any technical problems in the Zoom meetings and chat rooms. They have good video content, but isn't anything that isn't available if not worse than on youtube for free.
