While we partner with licensed and insured carriers such as Azimuth Van Lines to facilitate moves, we expect all partners to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, respect, and care for our customers’ belongings. The behavior you described is absolutely unacceptable, and we take these allegations very seriously. Surprise fees, damaged items, and disrespectful conduct are never the type of service we aim to deliver. If you were charged unexpected delivery fees or encountered damage, we strongly encourage you to file a formal claim. All that being said after reviewing the file there was never once contact of any issues onsite, no record of calls from the file holder, or any claims submitted. Actually both Frontier and Azimuth have no records of any issues being reported what so ever. We are sure there must be a mistake!
