During your quality assurance appointment, our team advised adding more space to your reservation based on the additional items you were including. You chose not to add the extra space and indicated that you would rather move those additional items yourself than pay for the adjustment. Final charges reflected the inventory and space confirmed with the carrier. Regarding payments, we accept standard methods as requested by the Department of Transportation and outlined in our documentation.
