BEWARE
BEWARE: DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS. They will try to scam you into paying more day-of and if you don’t they’ll just leave you to unload yourself. I was told specifically that they would reassemble all my furniture upon delivery, but they didn’t even bring it up to my apartment. Arrived 3 weeks late & called me once a week to further delay delivery. For delivery, they refused to park in front of my apartment on the street (the same way ALL semis/moving trucks do in the city) & chose to park all the way down the road instead. Then, because they intentionally parked very far away, they wanted to charge me $1000 extra since they “had to” park down the road. When I told them I wasn’t going to pay an extra $1000 when there were closer spots, they just unloaded and left all my belongings at the end of the street. I had to load all of my belongings either into my car or carry them by hand to my apartment down the street. They also refused to bring anything up to my apartment even after I moved all of it down the street BY MYSELF to right in front of my apartment. For all the money I paid for movers, I shouldn’t have to pay them full price for ME to unload and carry all of my heavy belongings down the street and up a flight of stairs. Called customer service & they said “they did all they were supposed to do”. So all they think they’re supposed to do is try to find an excuse upcharge you & leave your belongings on the street if you don’t accept it. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMING MOVERS.

Dear Rose, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it caused. Moving is already a stressful process, and we regret that you were left feeling unsupported at such a critical point. To address your concerns: our goal is always to provide reliable, professional service from start to finish, including communication around scheduling, delivery logistics, and any additional services. We understand how upsetting it can be when expectations are not met — especially regarding the timing of delivery and furniture handling. With regard to the parking situation, delivery crews are required to follow legal parking and safety regulations based on the conditions at the delivery site. When a closer spot is not legally accessible or safe to park in, long-carry charges may apply. That said, you should never feel like you're being penalized for something avoidable, and we’re sorry if that’s how this situation came across. We will be reviewing the carrier’s handling of your delivery, including where communication could have been improved and whether protocol was properly followed. Your comments about having to unload and carry your own belongings are especially concerning. If you were promised furniture reassembly and full delivery to your apartment, we want to better understand what happened. We also take any claims about customer service dismissing concerns seriously — that is not how we aim to treat our clients. We have attempted identify your file as well as requested information from you with no response. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your case in detail to determine what went wrong and how we can make it right. Please contact us directly at 954-416-9655 so we can investigate further. Thank you for your honest feedback. It helps us improve the service and accountability we expect from both our team and our partner carriers. Sincerely, Management Frontier Moving Solutions
