Free steaks did not arrive
When I ordered the meat I was offered free steaks and they did not get sent. Seems that you offer this to get people to order. Not sure I will order again.

I've put a ticket in with our fulfillment center, noting that these items were missed and I've gone a head and sent you 4 replacement steaks. 2 sirloins and 2 ny strip steaks. I've gone ahead and created a free replacement order of 2 strip steaks and 2 sirloin steaks, and queued them to ship by tomorrow. Please be aware that you'll get a confirmation email that shows the order having been paid, but not to worry; you haven't been charged for anything.
