Before I begin, I'd like to mention that I've got over 20 domain names on truehost. But one annoying thing about the company is how it'll always take at least 40 minutes or even more for the domain to get registered properly. I think Truehost needs to sit up and be ready for business. There are other competitors that needs just less than 5 minutes to propagate a domain.

i paid for hosting and it got to pending, leaving me to waste my sleepless night

Your support system is now the worse ever.... tickets no longer show on dashboard... billing department takes 1 full month to reply and won't reply again.... I am beginning to hate this service

Our company website went down the whole day, and the customer support team kept us waiting until the next day, wasting our time as they kept on asking me for our domain name and email address to the hosting account. After 3 hours, they tell us to write to their Trust and Safety team, who never responded to our request to have our company website and hosting account restored. Can you imagine wasting the whole day without sharing or receiving emails? These are web jokers!!!!!! Don't TRUST THEM!!! They're swindlers and jokers!!!

lo peor, si compras el dominio ahi te demoran y demoran para que te pases a true host, aparte el soporte es pesimo y el asistente virtual es inutil y obsoleto

I paid for a VPS service called VPS1 cloud clearly requesting form the chatbot that i need Ubuntu 22.4 OS, on a europe server purely to self manage my applications. They firstly imposed a domain on me telling me i wont have to pay or activate if i dont need to, But when my subscription pulled through it showed up as a pending payment. To cut a long story after 48hrs, I have still not had access to my VPS and they refused to refund. In this 48hrs i have had less than 6hrs sleep becuase they send me actions to respond round the clock. At this moment i have been awake since 1am troubleshooting with them i still cannot log into my vps. Since i cant be refunded i just have to continue until i get fed up and leave the money. It takes over 24 hrs to synchronise information within their own system. As i write i have been informed by some part of the system of no refund yet i another is still asking me if i want a refund. they are totally an internal chaos. Perhaps they can do web hosting and domain hosting for green heads but certainly not VPS or anything to do with developers

Words cannot express how bad this service is - I have a single email (with a couple of aliases) migrated from another service. Aliases don't work (along with other items), on chat they say it will be fixed; it doesn't so if I open a ticket they don't response for a while and then close it Meanwhile, people emailing just get a reject

Have transferred domains to Truehost and since then had nothing but problems. Like most complaints found here it revolves around websites & emails not working. Have opened various "support tickets" but to no avail. This has been going on now for almost 2 weeks. So in summary: Don't waste your time or money on these jokers. ps. I wonder how many people "raving" about Zola's assistance realise they where conversing with a bot?
