They respond quickly to their chats but were in no way able to help me build my website and they couldn't sort out the problem. Their service when it came to hosting and website building was total crap and they couldn't help me at all

It was a bad and frustrating experience. My domain expired in August 6th 2025. I don't have plan to renew. Having been convinced by AI via Truehost Whatsapp handle that Softaculous/WordPress can be used to build a website, I concurred. I made payment of N8,200 to renew my domain. Untill now, AI has not been able to resolve internal Server error 500 when trying to install WordPress. I have unresolved escalated ticket 5126085 generated since yesterday. I want to conclude that Truehost service is a fraud and can't be recommended to anyone.

First time trying truehost.co.za. Wasn't prepared for the amount of frustration. Got tired of talking to their AI. Still not receiving any emails and client's pissed. Will be changing back to my usual always reliable hosing service, don't know why I switched.

Before subscribing to Truehost, make sure you have all the patience in the world for creating tickets and speaking with their support team. The moment you sign up, their service starts to go downhill — you’ll encounter all sorts of problems you never thought you would. Their customer service takes forever to reply. And when I say forever, I mean it! Even if you highlight that the issue is urgent, they still don’t respond promptly. They fix one issue on your account, and then another one pops up. Before you know it, time has passed, and you’ve barely had the chance to use the service because it’s always having problems. Folks, this feels like another kind of scam. Their prices may look too good to be true — and they are. You’re not actually saving anything; even your patience gets drained.
