Pls dont even try to use this company called (TRUEHOST), they criminals, thiefs infact i don't know what to classify them. i purchase a domain name from them via bank tranfer, payment went successfully but, the domain i paid for is pending till today.

TERRIBLE HOSTING PROVIDERS, SCAM!!!!
I have had multiple terrible experiences with Truehost. It's time to speak out as a paying user who has had to deal with their hosting services, It's so frustrating. They blocked and suspended my hosting account without any clear reason or explanation. Truehost has not only failed to provide adequate customer support but has also been unresponsive to my ticket inquiries. It's concerning tthat i run/have multiple domains with them for different clients, and they have not shown any concern for the impact their actions may have on my business. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Truehost to any potential users. Their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and unresponsiveness to user inquiries are serious red flags that suggest a disregard for customer satisfaction. If you are looking to host your domains with them, DON'T TRY IT!!!!!!! TRUEHOST is a SCAM!!! RED FLAG, it may be worth considering moving your domains to a more reliable and customer-friendly hosting provider.

Cheap is Very Expensive, Avoid this Host in Kenya
Cheap is Very Expensive! I normally don't leave reviews but I'm here because of that. This company's service is so poor, whenever you raise an issue they give you a ticket which after a few hours says your issue has been resolved. I now want to move my Domain to a different host but they are so unresponsive, instead they are sending me invoices that are due in the next 3 Months! Their customer in service in Kenya Sucks!!

The Worst Hosting Company
One of the worst hosting company out there. They will suspend your services without prio notice, and if you complain, they will start talking about FTDML polices, even when you are willing to provide proof of legitimacy of your business, they will never unsuspend your account. If you are a web developer, avoid truehost. Some of the domains I bought from them, for my clients, are yet under development, these guys suspended my account. A considerable business will inform you and give you time to submit details of business and purpose, truehost doesn't give you that chance as customer. I repeat, avoid this company if you are web developer or business owner. Apart from their lousy services, you could loss your hosting and domains anytime without notice.

Fraudulent company, FRAUDE
Fraudulent company, I made the payment two days ago for some domains, the company responds to the ticket and talks in the chat, but never solves the problem. Thank God I used paypal and got my money back. It's SCAM beware of them. Empresa fraudulenta, efetuei o pagamento a dois dias atrás de uns domínios, a empresa responde ticket e conversa no chat, mas nunca resolve o problema. Graças a Deus eu usei paypal e consegui reaver meu dinheiro. É SCAM tomem cuidado com eles.
