Very poor services. First time I tried them, I had to quickly get another hosting service from Namecheap. Their customer support is pathetic. They take a week to reply. Namecheap typically takes less than 3 minutes to initiate live chat and support. One year down the line, I tried Truehost again hoping that they had improved. I'm disappointed—big time. AVOID their services, if you want peace of mind.

I bought hosting, domain name and an SSL cert 3 days ago. In those 3 days, my website has been down for a full day, I keep getting security errors. And now I can't even publish a single page on my site. The WORST SERVICES ANYWHERE. I really should have checked the reviews before purchasing. Now I have to spend more money for an avoidable mistake.

Buy web hosting services from this company at YOUR OWN RISK. Pathetic services, false refund policy, and rogue customer service. The moment you realize their services are pathetic (endless hacks, spamming, etc), and request a refund- be ready for endless cat and mouse games. And of course being put on autoreply modes with their different customer care names. You won't get your money back. Their policy refund says "We are confident that you’ll be pleased with the Truehost Cloud performance and support, however for your peace of mind we offer a no-quibble 30 day Money Back Guarantee on all web hosting plans. We take pride in our business so we’ll probably ask you why you are leaving, but you will get a refund of hosting fees (remainder of the term) within 72 hours of requesting it." BUT they don't uphold it. If you are looking for psychological torture hosting, go ahead with Truehost Kenya. I've been with them for barely one month (still under the 30 day refund window) but I regret every bit. These are the new Nairobi scams. Buy their services at your own mental health risk. Cheap is expensive.

One of the worst company i have ever found in Kenya. They show you cheap hosting services. but no customer service after that. even they do not refund money. They are scammers, dont just go for them by seeing low prices. after that you will have to face lots of mental harrasment.
