Crappy ZOLA BOT for 'service'
Crappy ZOLA BOT for 'service' - got absolutely no where after trying to log a simple request to enable .zip extentions (was part of previous hosting as a feature standard) and NO Linux cloud management to assign or monitor domains/reselling on CPanel. Also they do NOT state resources assigned and are LITTLE compared to our other providers. Do not recommend. American company. Might be 'cheap' - also every 2nd install on CPanel links to ANOTHER SITE trying to advertise their crap.

Bait and switch
Sold and invoiced me for a domain, only to hold it at pending. When contacted they advised this was a premium domain and wanted to charge me a hundred times more. Forced to go through a long winded refund process. Customer service is walled behind a terrible AI agent.

I am trying to transfer my domain from Truehost to Hostinger, and Truehost seems to be making the transfer difficult. Truehost support is unhelpful; they don't provide information and act as if they don't care about the customer.

Does Zola share user data?
You won’t like it here but your Zola forced me her since you all don’t listen to customer review. Does Zola takes user data. Explain to me how Zola keeps requesting for OTP of another email address after providing the OTP of the email linked to the faulty domain. Does Zola share user data? Where did it get my email it sent to my client? This is happening on a brand new system. I tried connecting to customer care but Almighty Zola refused. I have a video proof of the chat.

Hi Eric, we're sorry to hear about your experience and understand why this has raised concerns. We take customer privacy and data security very seriously. Zola does not share customer data with third parties. If you're seeing unexpected OTP prompts or believe an email was sent to an address that shouldn't have been involved, we'd like to investigate exactly what occurred to determine the cause. We also apologize if your interaction with Zola prevented you from reaching our support team. That is not the experience we want for our customers. Please send us your domain name, registered email address, and the video you mentioned via direct message or email at [email protected]. We'll have our technical team review the OTP flow, account activity, and communication logs to identify what happened and ensure the issue is resolved. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are committed to investigating it thoroughly.

This company is not operational.
This company is not operational. This company is not operational. They have delegated all support to AI and things like domain management updates such as nameservers takes a whole week to be done. As a client you really have no control of your domain. If you are a serious company do not buy domains or host your domains with this company. You will get frustrated. This is a serious review from someone with over 30 domains with this company.

Hi Codesmith Systems Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience has led to this level of frustration, especially as a long-standing customer managing multiple domains with us. We understand how important timely domain management is, particularly for businesses. While we use AI to help with initial support and speed up responses, it should never delay or prevent customers from receiving the assistance they need from our support team. We'd like to investigate the delays you experienced with your nameserver updates and review why they took longer than expected. Please send us your account email address or a recent ticket number via direct message or email at [email protected], and we'll have the matter escalated for immediate review. We value your continued business and appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we need to improve our service and support.
