Worst hosting platform ever
Worst hosting platform ever. After subscribing they suspended my domain and asked me to click a fraudulent email verification. Beware of them, thay are scammers.

Hello Adetula, Your frustrations are understandable. We have checked and noted that your domain was suspended by the Central Registry since you did not verify the ownership of the domain. As per ICANN rules, domain ownership should be verified. You were sent a verification email with a link that you were to click so you could verify domain ownership. Please note that the domain cannot be restored before the verification is done. The verification window set by ICANN is only 15 days. If you don’t click on the link in this verification email yourself, your domain will be affected. Unfortunately, we’re unable to click on this for you. What will happen when I click the verification link? Clicking the verification link will open a webpage that displays the email address, first name, and last name used to register the domain. The email also includes a link to the domain registration terms and conditions and a checkbox that you need to click to indicate that you agree. We have resent you another email via the central registry. We have instructed you further via email on how to proceed. Disappointing Support Experience
I must say that the Support staff have very poor expertise and knowledge. I created the support ticket today about adding DS record to enable DNSSEC, and unfortunately, I found their expertise to be subpar. As someone who relies on timely and accurate assistance, I was disappointed by the lack of knowledge displayed during my interaction. I hope the company takes steps to improve their support quality.

TrueHost - The Worst Registrar on the Internet
Horrible, horrible registrar. Keep 10 miles distance from this joke of a company. My horror story with TrueHost: I have purchased 2 domains from them - 1 day apart. For both domains, TrueHost has confirmed the purchase and sent the invoices. One domain got activated and I proceeded to use it. The second domain did not get activated even after 24h. Then after a couple of days, I receive, out of the blue, 2 refund notifications. No explanation, nothing. Of course, submitted ticket, followed up with them to understand the reason. Trying to communicate and connect with them is the same experience as trying to communicate with a black hole. They have removed the activated domain after I started using it. In a nutshell: they cancelled both purchases with NO explanation whatsoever. Friendly advice: avoid them like plague otherwise you'll be sorry and potentially living my experience. You have been warned.

Their services is terrible and…
Their services is terrible and horrible. They will take your money and offer you useless services. They purport to pay affiliate for referrals but it's pure scam. They charge for simple tasks to fix their own errors and responds to tickets after two weeks, very lazy and useless

The WORST Hosting Company In Kenya
Read all the negative reviews and judge for yourself. They are a scam and I will be pursuing further action to get these scammers out of business. Our website barely functioned when we migrated to their service. Most people got an error message when trying to log on. Despite numerous screenshots and useless "tech support" from their end, they denied us a refund after we decided to jump ship after losing a lot of business. This entire dumpster fire process, lasted a little more than a week. Still, they refused to process a refund, claiming we had "utilized their services". Save your money and go ANYWHERE else.

They are professional scammers, dont buy anything from them
I bought a domain and hosting from their website and i read through all their terms and conditions before making the purchase, 24 hours later i got an email from them saying my domain has been suspended with a link saying i violated their terms and conditions because my domain is an FBTDL domain. And the funny part is that this terms and condition was actually hidden when i made the purchase till after they suspended my domain and the email came with the link to the hidden terms and conditions. And their customer service said they wont refund me that i should purchase another domain to connect to my hosting. This is the worst hosting company, don't look at their cheap plans because if you buy anything with them you would regret. Not to talk about their bad customer service and slow website network. Worst hosting organisation ever.

This company is a fraud
Months ago I paid for a domain and they did not activate the domain because they said it was a premium domain, so they gave me the freedom to choose another domain name to register, so I told them another domain name to register but they never did it (I still have the domain payment confirmation receipt in my email) Scammer company!
