I am extremely disappointed with the service and support provided. Initially, I lost access to the root folder on CyberPanel, which made it impossible to update or modify our deployed code files. Despite reaching out to support multiple times, it took hours for them to respond, and even then, they barely offered any real assistance. Now, the situation has escalated—both my website and CyberPanel access have suddenly stopped working entirely. Support continues to be unhelpful, often closing tickets without resolving the issue. I was left waiting for entire days with no answers or progress, only to have my ticket marked as resolved when nothing was fixed. If you're considering this service for a reliable VPS or CyberPanel experience, I would highly advise against it due to the lack of consistent support and unreliability in accessing critical resources.

This is the worst hosting on EARTH they are scammers. Lairs, I purchased service from them and at a point I have N30,000 in my wallet with them so I requested that the money be refunded to my Opay I provided all details,After waiting for days I did follow up they told me sorry we can't local your support ticket. I was shocked to hear that because I can see the ticket status is open. They asked me to submit another ticket now again they told me sorry they can't process payment into Opay,I then provided another account. They then stop responding to my ticket. Today again they lied they can't find my ticket again. After contracting them through WhatsApp. I then screenshot all the ticket content and send them. They now said before of the work today I will get refund,I did not get the refund, I reached out again they said in 10min account staff will reach out to me,I waited and after like 20min. Their useless WhatsApp said hence they did not get a respond from me I am busy they want to to rate their support. This is the most frustrating situation because they don't want to refund it. They keep twisting me for over 12 days now. They refused to refund me. If you have any website there please transfer them before this company run away because I don't see them lasting with this their scam

If you are a developer or care about your business or you are a small business owner that maybe likes to do the internet things yourself, I strongly advise you to stay away from a Web Hosting company called Truehost Cloud These guys will cost you more than give you service for your money. I just lost a client and refunded $7,670. As if that is not enough I have had to get another hosting somewhere else to make sure my clients don't end up leaving. Mind you that you can only use WordPress on their servers because other CMS requires a higher Database server version and even when some CMS ends up installing, you end up with too many bugs and errors to fix. Even though I paid for their cloud reseller plan. The worst is that I have been calling these guys for the past 3 months to complain and report this issue and it's been one lie to another. I have all the recordings and evidence of their poor customer service which I am going to release to back up my claims. Their servers are limited in terms of customisation and this add-on domain does not work either and it doesn't matter which of their plans you are using.

SCAM! I tried signing up for the free trial but was struggling. Decided to try it out anyway but after purchasing, received no receipt or confirmation and the website is very slow and I couldn't use all the features even though I was a paying member. A week later I was charged again??? The refund team are pathetic, sends out generic emails saying they will check it out but never get back to you. Bunch of jokers, stay away. Customer service is non existent.

Worst hosting company in the history of web hosting service, tech-support is a nightmare, you would wait indefinitely and when they eventually respond, they hardly fix issues yet they hurriedly close tickets! I have lost some clients already because of their server downtime and troubles without a lasting resolution! this company do not care about value, they only care about money! for your health & sanity RUN FROM THEM! they are terible !

Truehost, could you work on your customer experience and service delivery? I reported being unable to log into my WordPress admin account on 28th Aug and again on 30th Aug; to date, nothing has happened. Very poor service

Better run from this hosting company, blocking website without reason including my blog website that have nothing to do with fraud. i mean run away from them
