TRUELY UNRELIABLE
Yes, I had written a positive feedback on Charity and Truehost hoping my feedback will be resolved on the stipulated time she had promised. Bought their services 3 days ago, been complaining no help. Just being swapped from one agent to the other by a bot who replies the same reply, so far 5 now. No one has solved the problem. I really regret getting in touch with them. Truly, Truehost is not true.

My hosting and domain of 1 yrs got…
My hosting and domain of 1 yrs got terminated when I uploaded my Vtu script and they told me it’s go against their phishing policy. They are scammers I have taken legal action already and I will make sure they don’t go Scot free.

I purchased a yearly hosting plan from…
I purchased a yearly hosting plan from TrueHost on Aug 2024. Their website seems promising so I moved my best website to Truehost server. IP address of my service has been changed automatically three times without notification. My websites gets down all the time and I am receiving spam email from TrueHost. They trying to sell me their website design service.

Scam
Scam. I put in my credit card information for their Olitt website builder that they advertise and "provide." And the website builder never works (constant leading wheel). Talked with chat support, they said they'd have it fixed. This was just a diversion. 3 weeks later, I had to file a refund through my credit card company to get my money back AND my credit card number is now in their hands. Do not do business with them!

The WORST HOSTING COMPANY EVER
The WORST HOSTING COMPANY EVER They lost all of my file. Those are years of hard work in the drain. Telling me that I have to design a new website and that it's not their problem. Bogus service ever received. They don't know what we go through when developing a website.

An Absolute Nightmare: Avoid This Hosting Provider at All Costs
If it were possible, I wouldn’t even give this platform a star. The one star I’m giving them is simply because I can’t do less. I would not recommend this hosting provider to anyone. The services are restrictive, customer support is poor, and the overall experience is extremely frustrating. They are completely out of touch with customer needs and the competitive market. Additionally, their pricing is misleading. While the initial prices may seem cheap, you’ll quickly realize there are many hidden restrictions once you make the purchase. What they advertise doesn’t reflect the actual limitations you'll face, and the cheap prices are more about enticing you into a restrictive service than offering value. There are far better options available that provide greater value, transparency, and support. I deeply regret choosing this platform and will not be returning. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

TRUEHOST is a SCAMMERS!!!
TRUEHOST is a SCAMMERS!!! I purchased domain for 10 years and because of their horrible support , I went ahead with cloudflare. The transfer process was a headache and finally after 15 days, they were able to release domain and guess what, the 10 years of Domain purchase was not transferred. those who gave 5 star reviews must be the ones who were paid. dont use this. spend a bit more money and go with namecheap or cloudflare.
