I had bought Golden Corral gift card price of 50.00 for 30.00 on truegether for my parents two weeks before Christmas last year 2019& came to find out there was no money on one card not the other card when my parents went out to eat that's when find out no money on one gift card how disappointed that was & embarrassing to go through something like that ..my parents had pay rest with their on money since no money on the other card. I contacted truegether concerning this matter with in few days I got reply back from.truegether just saying their sorry apologized for my inveince they ask for ID & prof of order ,I sent them pics of the letter came with the gift cards through email & the cards numbers on the back .. That was on1-23-2020 Wednesday .. I haven't heard anything back yet what's going to be done yet her talk about frustration we went through ..I want shop there again..since looks like I wasted money on these gift cards & shipping fee too..

I purchased a Now TV entertainment pass in November 2019. Strangely I received it as a email from Truegether forwarded via another party, who added the code. I tried using the code in Jan 2020. Now TV website said the code had already been used. I contacted the forwarder of the email who said the code expired 21 Dec 2019. There's no mention of this date on the email I received. When I tried to leave feedback, the site said I had already given a 5 star review. Further to this, shortly after my original purchase back in November I started having problems with card fraud. I've got no exact proof, but it seems the likeliest source.

I was a seller on this site for two months and never sold one product. I sold hundreds of the same items on ebay so, I know the problem wasn't with the products I was selling. Suddenly after a month and a half as a seller they asked for a copy of my id and receipts for items sold. Seriously?? Then they just closed my account for no reason. I will never sell or buy anything on this POS website again!!

Just to clarify I did not have an account with you (I have only just registered to try and change the profile name you are displaying) and was purchasing items as a guest - I never agreed to any T&Cs etc. You have then taken my name (probably from the debit card used) and displayed it on Google along with the items I have bought! You say that only my feedback rating is displayed but that shows the items bought alongside it! This is a serious breach of privacy (Ebay etc would never do this) and you have failed to rectify it so I have referred this to the Information Commission Officers (along with Google) who are investigating. I would be grateful if you would stop showing my personal data on Google or any other search engine.

This has been the worst experience I had in a long time and I not the one to just blast people out I here to tell you this would be the last time I order anything from this sight and I'm not just angry I furious I order 2 movies from this sight with a Jezistore buyer's beware this person not only charged me for something on my card I didn't order he then lied about the movies he taped on TV and sold us movies with commercial and Broadcast lines going through the movies I tried reaching out to the seller and he lied to Paypal about his shipping cost to Paypal when clearly I'm looking at the shipping envelope then states that he was deduction the cost for his shipping because I supposedly said I was not returning his movies when clearly I have proof of the email that was sent to Paypal regarding our conversation a bunch of lies can't believe he still able to have a account to sell anything on line the account is a FRAUD and if you know like I know you would stay far away from this seller I so angry I have to dispute the charges with my Credit Card Company because this individual has lost his dam mind thinking he not going to pay me my money you can have these Fraud copies you took off LMN learn how to edit try going back to school because clearly you still in training.

I ordered a personalized cup from one of your vendors in July. My money has been taken, but I have yet to receive my item purchased. I have sent multiple emails regarding this including either for them to send the cup or refund my money, but have had little to no response. This is highly disappointing as I order a lot of things online. I won't order anything again using Truegether. SELLERS BEWARE! AVOID! We built up a good reputation using Truegether with many sales via their platform.... until without explanation they suspended our account. They sent us a generic email telling us that they had removed some of our items from sale but their explanation made no sense. We asked them politely to clarify their reasons but heard nothing. Soon after that they suspended our account entirely. We have tried to contact them but have had no replies to emails. Very unprofessional, not to be trusted.

We bought a metal detector on Friday, and after not hearing anything from the seller, we contacted him. He says he has no idea what we're talking about. But he has told PayPal he hasn't received his payment We have asked PayPal to investigate, and thank, goodness, they are able to put a hold on the money in his PayPal account.
