I have used the site to buy xbox games, the seller was a scammer who sold accounts with games on them, they sent me an account with a preorder which had the game on it however when it got to release they didn't actually buy the preordered game so it was unplayable I contacted Truegether and said I want my money back and the seller was ignoring me and they haven't even bothered to help so I am out of pocket and faith in this site

The website itself is great. It’s the people selling on that website that are the problem. I have made three purchases of games from three different sellers and have asked for refund from all three. The refunds have nothing to do with the sellers, they were my fault. But you are entitled to a refund within 15 days of purchasing. 1 seller Vbrae Games, gave me a refund instantly and are really polite and professional. But the other two, Spray’s Games and BigBoyPlus are absolute disgraces and you should not purchase from them. They do not give you refunds and make you go through a whole process with PayPal or whichever service handles your payment, just to get a refund. I’ve reported them both to Truegether but DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM if you ever think you might need a refund. I forgot to say that BigBoyPlus is an absolute moron as well btw. I don’t know if he’s just playing dumb but he was the most frustrating person I’ve ever dealt with. I just gave up getting a refund from him. But Spray’s gaming isn’t too far off, he’s just more polite.

I purchased products from this website they never sent me a confirmation number or details about my delivery I reached out to customer service took them two days to reply back and she asked for a confirmation number which I said I don’t have it but I have proof of a purchase so I screenshot a bank statement send it in an email and they haven’t even had the audacity to reply back it’s been two days so unprofessional to not waste your time and money on purchasing anything from this website they’re very unprofessional Now I’m looking how to get my money back or I’m gonna see if I can do any legal actions with this company because they’re doing freight not giving people their product
