Buyers beware!!! Don’t order from this site they are extremely unprofessional as well as the sellers on this site as well. The only way I was able to get a respond from them was through PayPal after 8 days of my purchase. I made a purchase Nov 22nd with “Gpthealth” and the only email that I got was a confirmation email from them. After that no updated email about shipping or anything. I emailed the seller multiple times and no one responded until I went through the PayPal resolution center. Then within 2 hours I got a response for a refund from PayPal. If I wouldn’t of went through PayPal, I don’t think they would of ever responded and they would of tried to scam me for sure. Don’t buy from this site!!!

I ordered a game from Xbox Cave, admittedly at a price too good to be true, and it hasn’t come. It stated I would receive access to the game upon the day of payment, and a confirmation email from the seller. I have received no such email, nor access to the game…. Very disappointing

Because they accept Paypal, I felt that this was a safe purchase so I placed an order for an outdoor storage cabinet with Truegether seller Mr Great Deals. The product listing stated that my order would ship within 3 business days. My Paypal account was charged immediately upon placing the order. After 3 business days, I had not received any direct correspondence or confirmation of my order from the seller. After 7 business days, I emailed the seller requesting a status update about my order. I received no response so I emailed them again. No response. I have filed a dispute with Paypal and am awaiting the outcome of their review. I am expecting a full refund to my account. Unfortunately, this process could take a month or more. In the meantime, Truegether/MrGreatdeals have my money. Additionally, upon filing my Paypal dispute, Truegether emailed me that a refund had been processed to my Paypal account. However, the Paypal transaction id that they stated was for a "refund" turned out to be a duplicate but different transaction id for the purchase. As of this writing, Truegether nor their seller MrGreatDeals have not issued a refund nor responded to my requests for order status. To anyone considering purchasing through these "companies" I advise you NOT to trust them despite using a trusted payment method such as Paypal. RUN RUN RUN away from these scammers as fast as you can! RUN

I Will never buy from here again. I recently purchased a movie poster from a 5 star seller. I received a shipping number about a week after I purchased it and never received a date of arrival. I sent an email to the seller and never got a response back. I had to email the website for help and they tried to get the seller to respond who only sent the shipping number again and gave me no help. I still have yet to receive a date or know if the shipping facility even received the package about 2 weeks after I purchased the product. There is no clear communication and the whole process seems sketchy.

I was scammed. Truegether has a third party seller that engages in bait and switch tactics. My friend is a singer and wanted very specific, hard to find throat lozenges in a specific package. The seller made it seem like they had the hard to find item in stock by a using stock photo on their website instead of using a photo of the actual product in stock. The seller then sent the substitute item which wasn't what I wanted. I paid a premium for the item plus high shipping because I thought I was getting the original hard to find item. Instead I got throat drops that I could have purchased at any Walmart or Target for $5.00. TrueGether let the seller decide if I should get a refund and of course the seller said no. This is a classic bait and switch scam and I am very surprised that TrueGether let them get away with it since they have their reputation at stake as well.

Probably one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. Ordered an item, some time later got an email from truegather saying the seller didn't respond, good luck getting my money back, I should contest the charge on my credit card. Basically I'm on my own they don't care. Credit card company came back after 2 weeks saying seller claims they shipped the item, they are not refunding my money. Long story short no item, no refund. Truegether doesn't seem to care. Will never so business there again. What a waste of time and money.

FRAUD. First time using this site and I purchased from a fraudulent seller. Luckily PayPal refunded my money after a couple of weeks- will never shop here again
