Lied about free shipping
Ordered item that stated free shipping, upon checking out I was charged nearly $14 for shipping which is outrageous. Contacted Truegether to cancel order, Truegether refuse to answer my emails. Would never recommendthis company to anyone. Full refund given. Thank you.

guy is horrible
I bought something at 1am and I emailed asking him something and straight after I got a message on discord with some calling me all sorts of names being a tosspot all because apparently I messaged him too late. he ended up not giving me the game. not a nice first experience. The guy was apparently the owner of the site and my review got deleted.

This is a scam website and the sellers…
This is a scam website and the sellers who are selling there are robbers. they just fetch your money and dont deliver your product even dont respond of your mails and calls. when seller does not reply trugether website never help you to get your refund back they just say sorry and says claim a dispute through your payment method. i have really a bad experience with this site

They are thieves
I just found out that this website is using my images and description from amazon and is selling my product. They are not shipping the orders and when the customer doesn’t receive the item, I receive the complaints and have to refill an order that was never actually placed with me.

“Dynamic Pricing” has another name in my book…
No, no, no. I found the item I wanted, only place on the web I could find it, gave my info, approved the purchase at the specified price, 10 seconds later receipt comes through for $1 over the agreed price. Complained, they said they use “Dynamic Pricing, which can change without warning”, I don’t think that’s dynamic pricing, I think it’s theft.

Buyer Beware....
I guess it's about the sellers who use the platform. I unfortunately ran into a very bad seller or just lazy. Ordered an item on a Sunday. It's now Friday and still has not shipped. However, I was charged right away of course. Go with a "tried and true" platform. Too many sellers out there who are not committed to doing good business.

Scammed at christmas,
Stay well away, i have just been scammed, if you pay by debit card, wave goodbye to your money. A trail of different email addresses, unmonitored inboxes. If you have seen an item on this site that has been hard to find elsewhere DO NOT THINK FOR A SECOND THIS SITE ACTUALLY HAS IT IN STOCK!!!! they will send you a similar model and not say anything, and then not reply, the only way of contact is by email, no phone number or addresses, so i paid double the RRP for a hard to find item and have now got to try resell this item they sent me for the correct price meaning im still out of pocket 100% of the value originally paid. And the seller can continue selling with no comebacks unlike paypal or ebay where they would place strikes against the account or put it on hold whilst it was investigated. Its full of fake reviews made by the selling pages themselves.
