Ordered a camcorder 10 days ago. Contacted the seller no response. Emailed the company, no response. I guess I lost that money! UPDATE 10-9-18. Received a full refund in less the 12 hours. I really wanted the camera, could never get an answer as to why they didn't ship it. I did get my money back!
