Excellent service and quality

This is Not what I ordered!!! Look’s nothing like the picture! Way too small for a size 10. I will never order from this company again!!!

I’ve ordered a couple times without issue. Shipping takes longer than I’m used to but I’m spoiled by Amazon. Plus I didn’t have to return so I can’t comment on that. I have a lot of experience in small business and I know it’s hard to compete and people should be more understanding of that if we want to keep small businesses around. As for the leggings I think the quality and fit is great as well as the price. I’ve tried much more expensive leggings with quick shipping and been very disappointed with quality and fit. I do wish they had a higher rise but otherwise I’m very happy with them.

It took several attempts to get customer service to respond to my request to return both pairs of leggings. They didn't fit right. The waist was much lower than was pictured and what I expected. The waistband wouldn’t stay up. Finally they responded and offered a 50% refund if I’d like to keep them. I agreed. Then nothing… weeks went by and I resent the email agreeing to their terms twice in that time. After the 3rd time they said it was too late, I had exceeded the 30 day window. They denied ever receiving anything from me so I sent proof of my emails and they agreed after much back and forth to refund me 100% once they received the leggings. I’m out my shipping cost and NO refund! Never do business with this company!

WORST experience ever! I ordered after seeing their cute ads on Facebook without checking TRUE reviews. I emailed the address associated with transaction the next day to CANCEL MY ORDER! NO RESPONSE! Phone number only says “mailbox is full”!! Leggings were shipped anyway. I emailed again for return information and was told i could keep for “half price”! I agreed since return costs and insurance would be a big expense! AGAIN, NO RESPONSE! FULL PRICE STILL BEING CHARGED! I will never order from a company again without checking their reviews (TRUE REVIEWS) more closely! Many emails to company and no response! They have horrible complaints on Better Business Bureau! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Still waiting for my refund, I sent the legging back , no response I think I got burned twice from them. Shame on me

So far I have loved my leggings. I have ordered several pair with no problems. I love the feel of material and they wear great!!

I ordered 2 pair of the leggings on Dec 10th for my wife for Christmas. They have still not arrived. I’ve replied to the customer service people 3 times - no response at all. I can’t see how they are still in business. Awful.
