I ordered from Truefeat from a promotional ad on IG. Reviews seemed good so I gave it a shot and since as a first time customer I got a discount. But it turns out to make the items impossible to return. I didn’t know this until my leggings came and I read the invoice. So I’m stuck (potentially, I’m in a back and forth email exchange) with a product that is far INFERIOR to any other brand of leggings I’ve tried including Athleta and Lululemon and random brands from places like Sierra Trading Post. The fabric of the leggings is much thinner and they are very slick which means no warmth in winter and a sweaty mess in summer. Very frustrated with this company, their poor products and very poor customer service.

I did not receive both the leggings I ordered. However..I was told they “arrived”. Sent emails to customer service…no response Order # 57603

There was a long delay in getting my product. When I inquired there was no feedback on the status. Only got daily text messages to order additional items. I can say I like my joggers. Will not be ordering again because of the long delay and lack of customer service.

I have not received the items I ordered on 23 October. It’s now November 15th. They said there would be a delay of some unknown amount of time. Since I placed the order it has been a constant barrage of email and now texts NOT concerning my current order but wanting me to make new purchases and to solicit my feedback about how great the company and products are. No tracking number, no clue as to if I’ll ever get the items or not. I will not be a repeat customer. I’ll go elsewhere.

The size 8 sports bra was more like a size 4 or 6. I completed the form online to return it and have heard nothing back. I received multiple marketing texts after midnight after I placed my first order, awakening me from a deep sleep. The leggings are fine. I will never buy from this company again.

I was very surprised and happy to see that the white tights didn’t show any fat bulges or imperfections lol. I can actually wear white leggings with these, and I’ve never found anything close, so yes, I am happy.

Not as happy as I hoped Not really what the pictures showed. Sizing chart is not accurate. And I didn’t receive one of the items.

Happily surprised! I bought a pair of the white leggings on a whim. I was excited that these don’t have harmful chemicals in the fabric like Lulu’s. These are also made in the USA 🇺🇸 which I loved. I wasn’t sure I’d like them but decided to give them a try and also added a black pair to my order because who ever has enough black leggings! The order was delayed and it took a while to receive, but WOW these are amazing. The fabric is so smooth, also thick and stretchy. The white is a beautiful off white color and you cannot see through them. Zero visibility of underwear - win. They have nice angled pockets and very flattering lines. I love them, already telling my family & friends about them. This is a safe purchase- you’re going to be obsessed 🤩!!!!
