Haha, just read the review below. Should have read it before I purchased. Short story is there is no customer service and they clearly have no idea when things are going to ship. Finally canceled my order 15 days after I ordered and they still haven't shipped. In this day and age it takes NASA less time to deliver a satellite to space. Something is off and seems like they are trying to find the product after you purchase it. Good luck if you go forward with your purchase.

Horrible
This company is absolutely horrendous. I found an item I was interested in last week and, after reading some of these reviews regarding purchasing items that were no longer available, I decided to speak with customer service before making my purchase. Confirmed twice with customer service that while some items are "marketplace" items that are shipped to True Facet after purchase for authentication, others are "consignment" items insofar as they are held by True Facet while the listing is on the website. Customer service confirmed my item was a "consignment" item, thus allaying my concerns in spending close to $5,000 on the chance the item might not actually be available. To my surprise, however, I received an email today from True Facet confirming my refund request, i.e. notifying me that my order was canceled. This time, customer service confirms that the item was not in True Facet's possession as I had been informed and that the item had already been sold. Of course, they gave me the customary platitudes like "thank you for your feedback" and "your satisfaction is very important to us", but the incompetence is striking. Plainly, I hope everyone is aware that this is not a company to do business with and I, for one, will be sure to spread my story as far as possible so True Facet's customers know what they are "truly" in store for.
Edit - my wife and I have decided to keep updating this review as we work with True Facet in order to give everyone the most comprehensive look into what buying from True Facet is really like. To their credit, we were contacted by a manager within a few hours of posting this review and speaking with an initial representative. According to the manager, it is a "known issue" that the website has numerous old/unavailable listings. For example, my item was initially listed in 2015 and remained on the website until I purchased it last week. Bottomline is that you have no way of knowing whether the item you are looking at is available.
True Facet has offered to make a "proposal" of what it deems to be comparable replacement items. We explained this is going to be difficult given that this item stood out from the rest in terms of price, condition, age and bona fides (paperwork, packaging, etc.) We are ourselves researching their inventory for comparable items, but that is proving difficult because, once again, there is simply no way to know whether an item is truly available. We hope to report that True Facet is willing to really make this right, but that remains to be seen.

If you want a terrible experience …
If you want a terrible experience buying a watch then choose TrueFacit. Bought a Rolex on their site, it showed up with out the original band which it had stated in the description as well as their valuation. They did not even apologize. They said they found me a a replacement which was a completely different watch ( shocking that they dont know the difference we between model numbers since they are jewelers). The replacement watch still hasn't shown up. Terrible customer service

Tiffany Ring???
This company claims to check authenticity of items they sell, this is why I chose them out of many used jewelry sellers. But I received a ring and doubted in the quality and brand of this ring, so I've contacted their support and expressed my doubts in authenticity of this ring. They just told me to return it and tried to convince me that this ring is real and that I am wrong without even looking at it again, but I owe a few different types of Tiffany rings (new and vintage) and I did a research and haven't found not even a single ring with the stamps like the one that I received has. Overall had a terrible experience with this company. And if you will check their web site on the main page they have a huge banner saying "True promise" that they promise all jewelry and watches to be 100% authentic. But if you will go below in a really small letters it says "Every item is authentic or a full refund is given", so basically they just return your money in case of not authentic item. I will not buy anything ever from them and highly not recommend this company.
P.S. Also they've tried to remove my review 2 times. :)

Terrible Customer Experience
I have had a terrible experience with TRUEFACET. They sold me a defective watch that is once again going in for repair. The last time it was sent out for repair, the watch came back not working. How do you do that???
I've expressed that I don't want the watch anymore as I feel no matter how many times they repair it, it's not going to work. They are unwilling to refund my money. In the beginning of this long drawn out process I would actually have thought about buying a new watch through them if they would credit me. No matter who I speak with there, I get the same canned answer. What I'm asking for is not unreasonable, yet they refuse to listen.
This company doesn't believe in making the customer experience extraordinary, which is unfortunate.
Do yourself a favor and stay away.
