I purchased 2 items from truefacet last week. Long story short I've received the items. The package packed very nice & the items beautiful as described. At first I was kinda worried about the authenticity of the items & I called Pam & she assured me the items that they're selling are authentic & they're very strict about that. She suggested for me to go to the the boutique & ask me to verified the items. So I went, asked the SA to authenticate the items. & the SA confirmed that the items are authentic. I'm very happy with my purchases & definitely will be shopping again with Truefacet. Kudos to Pam!

Let's face it...In the great big world of cyberspace, we are all nameless, faceless , anonymous creatures. Usually, every inquiry or problem is met with an automated response. Not at TrueFacet! Tom answered every question quickly, and was genuinely interested in providing great customer service, and promoting the sale. The payoff for me??? Two fabulous pairs of earrings at a great price, and a valuable resource for future purchases.
