TruefacetReviews of truefacet.com

Amazing selection of watches and jewelry with guarantees of authenticity. From the time I checked out online until the time I received my item, the True Facet team was efficient and informative. I would definitely recommend this customer friendly website and e-commerce business for shoppers of fine watches and jewelry.

I lost a favorite piece of jewelry that I had owned over 15 years. It had great sentimental value to me. It is something that was purchased at Tiffany's and my husband and I went to replace it, but the new product, even though by the same artist, was thicker, heavier and looked a bit gaudy to me. I started looking on the internet and found True Facet. They had what looked like the exact replacement. I was told if I was not happy with the purchase I could return it in 7 days. I emailed Rachel who returned my email on a SUNDAY, and helped me with my order. She was very helpful and said she thought it was the "older" less bulky piece, but again, I could always return it if it wasn't what I wanted. Today I received it and it's the right one, and I could not be happier. Thank you Rachel and True Facet!

I will use these guys AGAIN! Great customer service with same day answers to all of my questions. Pricing was extremely competitive and my watch shipped, and was to me even during holiday season in less than a week. Most certainly recommend these folks! THE BEST!

TrueFacet is a reliable authenticator and valuator of watches assisting buyers and sellers. My experience is they are sincere and have excellent customer service representatives.

My jewelry shipped right on time and was in perfect condition. Will definitely be ordering through Truefacet again!

Acknowledged respective caution against purchasing a high priced item (Rolex) on line. One phone conversation with Rachel, Concierge-TRUEFACET, provided the confidence to purchase the wanted item. My concerns were respectfully and professionally answered; Concierge Tom offered assistance with completing the on line transaction. Product delivered on time and just what I wanted. What more could one want and the price was good too. All from my office desk. Thank You.

I purchased a watch on TrueFacet that I am very pleased with. The watch came to me very quickly via free 2 day shipment. It was in excellent "as advertised" condition. Customer service is excellent. I will continue to shop with True Facet.

I have purchased two items from Truefacet over the past year and had an exceptional experience. Both times I had to speak to someone and got someone "live" or they got back to me immediately. Not used to this type of service anymore. Usually have to talk to computer generated phone conversations first. Would highly recommend!!
