TruefacetReviews of truefacet.com

I was looking for a cartier love bracelet and I happened to come across TF online. A little hesitant in the beginning but went ahead and proceeded with the purchase. No regrets!! My online buying experience was excellent. Rachel (thank you) in customer concierge was so wonderful helping me with the process from beginning to end and she made the whole buying experience less stressful. All my concerns and questions were addressed immediately. An extra mile was taken when I needed to find the right size. The package was timely and delivered as advertised and most especially, authentic. I will definitely recommend TF to my friends for their quality fine jewelry and wonderful customer service. Erwin

Ian in concierge services did an excellent job from start to finish. He was able to expedite shipment and my IWC arrived on time and as advertised. They provided consistent follow up throughout the entire process. Pricing was also excellent. I will be doing business again with TrueFacet.

I purchased a watch from TrueFacet for my birthday. It came quickly and was just as described. However it needed a few adjustments and each time Rachel handled it with professionalism and efficiency. She made sure that it was repaired at no cost to me, under the warranty provided by TrueFacet. I cannot speak highly enough of Rachel, TrueFacet, and the whole team in terms of responsiveness and quality.

Truefacet carries a great selection of quality fine jewelry. I have ordered from Trufacet several times since I became a fan in the summer of 2015. Also, the staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I don't recall how I found Truefacet, but I'm glad I did. They carry pieces that I haven't seen before, and won't find anywhere else. I consider buying with Truefacet an investment, because the designer pieces Truefacet carries will always be valuable, and at the same time I'm getting a great price!

Besides the excellent range of products they offer a great service, very kind and prompt help online and shipments on time, on top what is most important to me, that they are 100% trustworthy and reliable. A fantastic site to shop true jewels!

Hello! I recently ordered a brand new Rolex GMT-II from Truefacet for an outstanding price! Rachel answered all of the questions I had, even the annoyingly detailed ones, and everything arrived promptly. The watch was pristine, with plastics in place, and came with all the accessories I expected. I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you, Truefacet and Rachel!

I bought a watch for my son's 25th birthday. The price was great and your customer service rep worked diligently to help me identify the right watch, (which is simply gorgeous) and make the transaction and shipping a seamless experience. I am telling all my friends. Thanks Truefacet! I'll be back!

I have purchased a piece on TrueFacet, and also been given one as a gift. The quality of the pieces is stunning, and it felt good to help an up and coming company. I will certainly go to TrueFacet first when I am looking for time pieces, or jewelry in the future.
