I had a great experience with TrueFacet. I originally wasn't sure about ordering without getting to see the product. I ended up ordering two watches and love them. I was impressed with the responsiveness through out the process as well as the quality of the shipment. They were packaged implacably and even my watch which said it didn't come with papers nor box came perfectly snug in her Tag box, I couldn't be happier. My advice to anyone ordering would be to order quickly as the prices can change and there are limited quantities.

One of the best online retailers with whom I have dealt. When I placed my order, I made an error about delivery. Contacted them by way of email and they had a response back to me within two hours. Then I had another question and once again I received an answer back within 2 hours. And that was on a weekend. The product arrived on time and was in wonderful condition. I will definitely deal with this company again.

I recently purchased a watch from TrueFacet, and of course, like most people - made a last minute decision to purchase a week before I wanted to wear the watch at a special occasion (my friends wedding). I wrote an email to True Facet after purchasing the watch, and within 10 minutes on a Sunday night, their customer service manager emailed back. Through the week, I maintained contact with the manager and one other team manager, and they lived up to their promise! They made sure the watch would pass their verification process (which is normally upwards of five days already) and made sure to ship it to arrive all within an acceptable time frame. Not only did I receive a great looking luxury watch in time for the wedding (which by the way, looked exactly like those in the pictures), but they really took care of my delivery request and left me feeling like a special client. The price of the watch was by far not at the top of their list, yet I was treated as if I were buying their $200,000 Patek Phillipe. Great business model, and overall excellent staff. Due to the care I received, I would gladly recommend this company without a doubt to any of my watch wearing friends!

I am a Watch collector and I have purchased Rolex watches from so many different sources, from new in store, to private sale. I am so thrilled that I found TrueFacet. Not only do they have items priced very well, the customer service is unbeatable. I purchased a Rolex GMT II and Ian in concierge's followed up immediately, they also were able to accommodate a unique order change/request. I purchased a watch from another similar company online (I'm sure you know who) and they will help you buy, but once the money is gone so are they. TrueFacet has followed up with me to make sure I like my purchase the entire process was fantastic. I will 100% be using them going forward. On top of that the item of course was exactly as advertised. I could not be happier. From what I read this is a young company that is doing it the right way. Buy with confidence! I did and I couldn't be happier!
