My experience with TrueFacet was great. I originally picked out a watch that was sent to me very quickly. When I got the watch, it was in excellent condition and looked brand new, but it turned out not to be exactly what I was looking for. The members of the TrueFacet team were available immediately to help me find what I had in mind. They made the return process incredibly simple. They found me a perfect watch, and it came within days! It is absolutely perfect!! Outstanding customer service, will use this site again!

Not being a rich dude, deciding to purchase my husband a vintage Rolex for his 50th was huge and scary. Truefacet had the best selection online, presented a good website with clear information and policies, and seemed worthy of my trust. So after days of pondering, I pulled the trigger and ordered the watch I had my eye on. The watch was delivered, in just a few days and well protected. It was virtually in perfect condition. Since the watch is self winding, I also purchased (from another site) a self winder, so that the watch would be wound and ready to go when he unwrapped the gift. I few days in advance, I set the winder up with the rolex inside, and unfortunately, the results were not good. The watch was not functioning, even after two days of auto wind mode. I called Truefacet and spoke to Ian. He was very helpful, and over the next few days, we tried several versions to wind, manually and with winder, and none of them worked. AARRGGHH< not the birthday surprise I was hoping for. Once we established it was not user error, I was sent a return label with instructions to return the watch for repair. After a few weeks, the watch came back and has been working perfectly since. So you could say I bought a bum watch. I say I invested in a delicate piece of art, one that from time to time requires maintenance, and this was just it's time. What is really important is that the experience, even though not ideal at first, is that TC kept my confidence that I was working with a reputable business, that insisted that I felt well taken care of. The watch is wonderful and I received a very high level of professional care, start to finish, and I never worried that I had made a mistake making such a large purchase online. It is not as much what happens, it is really about the integrity to stand behind your word and product. I believe TrueFacet does just that. Ian from customer service and Rachel from the repair process were well trained and excellent examples of what exemplary customer service looks like. I bought a watch from Truefacet and then sold my old watch through them. They are easy to work with and great communication. I got fair value for my old watch which I was very happy with. The new old watch that I bought was in excellent condition like they described. I would do business with them again. Totally trust worthy.

My most coveted search for a David Yurman Albion Citrine and Diamond ring came to fruition. This ring has been retired by DY. Rachel and Ian are both top rated Concierges. They especially listened to me gripe when the owner sold the ring at another site. They responded with kid gloves; something which is very rare in customer service these days. After sending me a pristine Albion Citrine ring w/o diamonds (believe me it was a hard decision to return as it was gorgeous). They quickly responded with apologies and assurance to find the ring I desired. Even after refunding my money they continued the search and found the one I wanted. I only had to pay a few bucks more from the orig. $850 (retail $2900). No bait and switch goes on at this company. Other consignment sites I’ve visited do not provide an appraisal/valuation document and sell as is. The ring looks brand new; not pre-owned. I saw the same ring on other sites that had missing diamonds and oxidation sometimes priced higher. I’ve recommended to my close friends meaning I am a very satisfied tough customer. It was well worth the wait. I will continue to shop at this site (lots of missed lunches) well worth it though. Y. Strong

Rachel at TrueFacet worked very hard for many months to find a watch that I wanted to acquire. I had a number of companies working to locate this piece, and TrueFacet was the only company that was able to make it happen. I would highly recommend Rachel and the entire team at TrueFacet.

I have competed several transactions so far and all have been awesome. The jewlery is as described and the customer service is first rate. There is no reason for you to buy at retail prices ever again!
